Meditation
This Hypnosis Style Meditation takes you on a journey to connect with the Mother Archetype within you. This journey will re-balance your Root and Sacral Chakras and re-align you with the wisdom from your Red Thread Motherline. You will release any fears about feeling unsafe and unsupported, and re-wire your subconscious with thoughts of grounded-ness, safety and security for you and your baby.
SOUND JOURNEY
This short 2 minute Crystal Bowl Sound Journey will re-align, activate and balance your Root Chakra.
BREATHWORK
Focus on your breath.... Let yourself breathe easily and comfortably. Take a few slow, deep breaths, in and out... As you inhale, move the breath to any tense or sore spots on your body...The breath loosens any tight muscles....As you exhale that tightness and tension is gently released. With each breath you are relaxing more and more. Let your body sink deeper and deeper, into a peaceful state....
As you enter that peaceful state, take a deep... and slow breath in through your nose, to the count of four..........Let the breath move down into your womb space, and then out slowly through your nose to the count of eight, letting go of any thoughts or tension...
Again, take in a breath....slowly and deeply through your nose, ...1, 2, 3, 4…And now let the breath out slowly through your nose,...1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8… Thoughts may pop into your mind. Just let that happen. Observe the thoughts as they flow where they may, and let them go with each exhalation. Continue this cycle for 2 more minutes, or repeat as many times as you feel you’d like to.

I have immediate access to the wisdom within me
Now put a timer on for 5 minutes and begin an Affirmation Meditation. Close your eyes and start repeating your Affirmation over and over again, in your mind. If any thoughts try to invade your mind, bring your focus back to your Affirmation and continue repeating.
Manifestation Journaling Scripting
Picture a scene where you and your baby are feeling completely safe, supported and grounded.
Create a scene where you feel all of you and your baby’s needs are met. Use your Affirmation to assist you. Call on your Mother Archetype from your Meditation, to assist your creativity. Now script about this experience. Write it in your journal or piece a paper. Write a ‘journal entry’ style reflection of this scene, as if it happened that very day and you are remembering it later that night.

The elements we have been drawing on, this module, are the Mother Archetype, the midday Sun, the element of Fire, the season of Summer, the Full Moon, the colour red and the South direction. Tap into these elements and get creative!
