Meditation

This Hypnosis Style Meditation takes you on a journey to connect with the Wild Woman Archetype within you. This journey will re-balance your Sacral and Thoat Chakras and re-align you with the wisdom of shedding and release. You will say goodbye to the Maiden within you, to welcome in a new version of you as a ‘Mother’. It will re-wire your subconscious with beliefs of truth, clear communication and intuition, honesty and authentic expression for you and your baby.


SOUND JOURNEY

This short 2 minute Crystal Bowl Sound Journey will re-align, activate and balance your Sacral and Thoat Chakras.


BREATHWORK

Sit comfortably with a straight spine. Put your hands on your knees, palms down. Relax and bring your focus to your breath. Just be aware of the natural rhythm of your breath, don’t force it.

Now that you feel a little more relaxed, take a breath in. On the outbreath, keep your mouth shut and your teeth together and make a humming sound. You can be as loud or as quiet as you want.

Keep breathing in, in silence, and breathing out with humming until you really build up a vibration in your skull. Eventually you can fill your whole body up with vibration.

Practice for 1-2 minutes.


SPIRITUAL PRACTICE - Affirmations

Choose 1-3 Affirmations from the list below, write these down and post them up somewhere you can see them every day

I hear and speak the truth about birth

I am expressing my birthing needs with clear intent

Creativity flows in and through me

My voice is always heard

I listen to my body and my feelings to know what my truth is

I speak my truth clearly

I love to share my experiences and wisdom with other Mothers

I know when it is time to listen to others, my baby and myself

Now put a timer on for 5 minutes and begin an Affirmation Meditation. Close your eyes and start repeating your Affirmation over and over again, in your mind. If any thoughts try to invade your mind, bring your focus back to your Affirmation and continue repeating.


Manifestation Journaling Scripting

Picture a scene where you are in complete trust and communication with your body and your baby. Or, a scene where you are absolutely certain you know the truth of a situation - during pregnancy, birth or motherhood.

Create a scene where you feel communication and creativity flows easily. Where you feel creativity and authentic, clear in your communication and heard in sharing your wisdom with other women. Use your Affirmation to assist you. Call on your Wild Woman Archetype from your Meditation, to assist your creativity. Now script about this experience. Write it in your journal or piece a paper. Write a ‘journal entry’ style reflection of this scene, as if it happened that very day and you are remembering it later that night.

CREATE AN ALTAR

The elements we have been drawing on, this module, are the Wild Woman Archetype, the setting Sun, the element of Water, the season of Autumn, the Waning Moon, the colour blue and the West direction. Tap into these elements and get creative! Create an altar in the West of a special room or part of your house and add the elements that represent all of these aspects of your Wild Woman.
