High Vibrational Child Checklist

EMOTIONAL REGULATION:

My child frequently has emotional releases, often intense and unpredictable, sometimes anger/rage/frustration explosions, they are sometimes very emotionally disregulated

My child is emotionally regulated, they have a handle on their emotions and appear to control them even without my support

SENSORY SENSITIVITIES:

My child shows sensitivity to sensory input such as lights, sounds, textures, people or smells, to a degree that it seems like an overload and affects their daily experiences

My child seems unaffected within most environments and by energies outside of themselves, or if affected has the ability to remain stable despite it

DEFIANCE / OBEDIENCE:

My child has a strong opposition to be told what to do, their behaviour can sometimes appear as defiant (beyond a strong willed temperament). They often struggle to understand or adhere to social norms or boundaries, often acting in ways that others perceive as unconventional or disobedient

My child is aware of, and happy to, abide by certain boundaries and guidelines within all settings

SOCIAL SITUATIONS:

There are sometimes issues with my child's behaviour in social settings, ending up in conflict (as the initiator or receiver) or my child chooses not to play with the group, preferring to be on their own or only gravitates toward a certain type/age of child

My child has no issues in socialising and playing with kids of any age or temperament peacefully, they have built strong social bonds and are rarely the catalyst, nor receiver, of conflict or dispute within a normal range of children disagreeing/disputing

COMUNICATION:

My child communicates in ways that differ from other kids their age. They have been (formally or informally) labelled, or questioned, as being non verbal or having speech delays

My child's speech is fluent and 'normal' for their age and development

DEVELOPMENT / MILESTONES:

My child's development is at their own pace, but if I was to follow conventional developmental milestones they would most likely be labelled as delayed or behind, although I trust their own journey it has worried me at times

My child has hit most developmental milestones, I do believe all children are different but my child's development has never worried or concerned me

BODY MOVEMENTS:

My child will often move their body (possibly in an attempt to displace or clear energy) by either flapping their hands and arms, tiptoeing, pacing, eloping/running away, a tic or other repetitive movements

I've never noticed my child moving in a way that wouldn't go unnoticed or that I haven't seen most children do

SINGULAR / BINARY CONSCIOUSNESS:

My child can appear vacant at times, or aware of other realms/experiences outside of what's happening in the present moment. Sometimes this will be because they share it with me, giving me a sense they're tapped into the spiritual world or beings, or I can see they are experiencing possibly another reality/dimension

My child is very present within the moment, does not often daydream nor talk about, draw or share anything from within the unseen or spiritual realms. I've never sensed they have a spiritual connection to anywhere/anyone
